Summary: This article defines hazing and answers questions as to what exactly is considered hazing. It talks about the prevalence of the practice in intercollegiate and professional sports organizations. It goes into detail about the legislations that exist on hazing and describes how different states have differing interpretations of the laws regarding this practice. The article also goes into detail about some of the legal ramifications that a college or university could face in the event that hazing occurs.

I chose this video because he provided several things that are necessary to enhance the quality of your public speaking. I found ?The Power of the Pause? which he talks about in the presentation to be a good tip that I think a lot people never really consider when giving a PowerPoint presentation.
