Job Description:
- Developing automotive applications using entire Microchip product portfolio (system design, hardware design, software development and integration)
- Developing and presenting automotive technical training to customers, FAEs, CAEs and field sales for newly developed demo boards, reference designs, application notes and application libraries.
- Work with automotive customers to design and develop applications for Microchip products using demo boards, reference designs, application notes or application libraries.
- Create reference designs, demos, application notes, getting started documents, to enable and accelerate customer product development

Job Requirements :
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years embedded SW and HW design experience in automotive control system design.
- Detailed project planning, setting aggressive milestones, meeting interim deliverable deadlines, tracking & reporting project progress all while working on tight deadlines is a must.
- PIC microcontroller experience
- Mixed signal design experience needed, with a good understanding of Analog design
- Software experience with structured Embedded Assembler, C and PC based code development like C#, Visual C, Java
- Strong communications skills needed
- Self paced, autonomous and driven individual
- Willing to travel as needed to support global automotive customers
